Channel Court Shopping Centre services a trade area of 50,000 people. The municipality of Kingborough enjoys above average income and its population growth of 1.9%pa for the 5 years to June 2011 was more than double the states average

Fresh Supermarket

In stage 3a, the existing Fresh Supermarket will relocate to level 2, off Church and Freeman Streets, with several new shops opening late July 2012.

Introducing Woolworths to join Big W

The key elements of Stage 3b of the expansion will be a new Woolworths Supermarket of 3,800m2 and a range of new speciality shops and kiosks on level 1, sheduled to open mid 2013.

The Piazza

The existing open air piazza on Level 1 will be progressively upgraded to a fast food court and centre promotion area.

Lifestyle Design

The layout will be predominantly covered pedestrian-only shopping malls with lifts, travelators and feature staircases to the significantly expanded parking for over 1000 cars on level 2 and undercover  in the basement.
