The second largest shopping centre in Tasmania.

When Stage 3 of the development opens in late mid 2013, the centre will comprise approximately 23,600m2 of lettable area, making it the second largest shopping centre in Tasmania. It will be home to 100 shops and services, with parking for over 1,000 cars of which half will be undercover with access off Channel Highway and Hutchins Street.

Introducing Woolworths

The key elements of the expansion will be a new Woolworths Supermarket of 3,800m2, two new national mini majors and a range of new speciality shops and kiosks on level 1.

Fresh Food Market

The existing Fresh Supermarket will be relocated to a food market on level 2, off Church and Freeman Streets, with several new shops opening July 2012.

Lifestyle Design

The layout will be predominantly covered pedestrian-only shopping malls with lifts, travelators and feature staircases to the significantly expanded parking and the level 2 retail precinct.
