This year, we’re again offering a FREE photo with Santa at Channel Court, and there’s no need to book in advance!

From 23rd November to 24th December, drop by for a special moment with Santa Claus.*

And that’s not all! We’re also offering the chance to have a photo with your beloved pet and Santa! – See below for select dates and times.

Channel Court is also having a low-sensory morning with Santa on Monday 9th Dec, from 8am-10am.

*Please note, photos taken on 23/12 and Christmas Eve (24/12) will not be emailed until after Christmas, so get in before then!

**Low sensory photos between 8am – 10am on this selected day only.
***Pet photos between 3pm – 5pm on these selected days only.

For the convenience and safety of all shoppers, we kindly request pet owners to park on Level 2 of the carpark and use the steps outside near The Timeless Way to access the main mall through the Freeman Street centre entrance.
Please remember to keep your pets on a leash at all times and ensure that any mess is promptly cleaned up by the owner.

Photos with Santa FAQ

Do I need a booking?
No booking required! Simply check the photography schedule,
and visit the shopping centre when you would like to have your photo
taken.

What do I do on the day?
Wait in line, and when you’re next, scan the QR code at the entrace to
register your details. Confirm your name with the photographer and
have your photo taken.

How many photos can I have?
To ensure everyone has equal time with Santa, we are offering one
free photo per family.

How do I receive the photo?
Our photographers will choose the best photo, and you will receive an
email with a link to your free digital download within 72 hours of
having your photo taken. Please note photos taken 23-24/12 will not
be sent until 27/12.

What if I haven’t received the email?
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder! If 72 hours has passed and
you haven’t received the email, send us an email with your name and
the date you came in to: channelcourtsantaphotography@gmail.com.

Can I purchase prints?
Yes, the email with your digital download will also give you the option
to order prints and have them delivered.

Printed photos will also be available for purchase at your own expense and will be delivered directly to your door.

5×7″ print: $8
Sheet of 4 wallet-sized photos: $12
8×10″ print: $15
Please note that there will be an $10 parcel post shipping fee (9am Friday 20th December cutoff for Christmas delivery).

Photo packages are also available.

What if I don’t like the photo?
Our professional photographers do their best to capture your family.
They will select the photo where most family members are looking at
the camera and smiling. All other photos will be deleted to ensure
privacy. If you are not happy with your photo, you are welcome to
return on another day for another photo.

How long do I have to download my photo?
Everyone’s photo will be deleted on 30 January 2024. Please be sure
to download and purchase prints by that date. Once the photos are
deleted, they will be unable to be retrieved.
